How do I establish care as a new patient?
Please call our office to schedule an appointment for a new patient consultation. We will ask you for some basic information and may request your medical records from your previous doctor.
What insurances do you accept?
We accept a variety of insurance plans. Please call our office to confirm we accept yours.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
We do our best to accommodate same-day appointments for urgent needs. Please call our office as early as possible to schedule.
What are your office hours?
Our office hours are 8am to 4:30pm M-Th, and 8am to 12 noon on Friday.
Do you have online bill pay?
Yes, we offer online bill pay for your convenience. Please ask our staff for details.
Can you refill my prescription?
To request a prescription refill, please contact your pharmacy directly. They will be able to process your request and contact our office if necessary.
